'Cheese' Sauce


A 'cheese' sauce which works nicely for lasagne.

Ingredients
1 tbsp of dairy and soya free margarine (e.g. vitalite)
1 tbsp of plain flour
200ml of appropriate milk (e.g. oat milk)
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheezly (dairy and soya free)
Preparation
1) Melt the margarine in a pan
2) Add the flour until it is  paste
3) Gradually add the milk stirring as you add (you may need more of less milk, depending on how thick you want the sauce)
4) Once it's the consistency you require add the grated cheezly.
5) Season as required.
