Baked Salmon


A simple, quick and easy Salmon recipe.

Ingredients
Salmon - one piece per person
Olive oil
Bread crumbs (suitable ones)
Black pepper
Dried herbs
Preparation
1) Mix together the breadcrumbs, black pepper and dried herbs.
2) Brush the salmon with olive oil and cover with the breadcrumb mixture.
3) Place on an oiled baking tray and cook in the oven at 180 degrees.  The cooking time will vary depending upon the size of the salmon pieces, however 15 - 20 minutes is a good guide.
