Ingredients Chicken pieces (to serve 4) 250ml Oatly Cream 2tsp Cumin powder 1tsp garam masala/mild curry powder-adjust to taste 1tsp chilli powder 1 clove garlic - crushed (optional) 4tbsp lemon juice 350ml pasatta 50g suitable margarine | Preparation 1) Mix together 150ml oatly cream, cumin powder, garam masala, chilli powder, garlic and lemon juice and add raw chicken to marinate for a minimum of three hours (preferably overnight). 2) Fry the chicken for 5 minutes. 3) Add pasatta, suitable margarine, the rest of the oatly cream and the remaining marinate sauce. 4) Simmer for 20 minutes. 5) Serve with rice or naan bread. |
