Chicken, Tomato and Rice (curry style)


This is a recipe which can be made plain or curry style, suiting all tastes.
Ingredients
1 Onion
Chicken pieces
1 Pepper
1 tin chopped tomatoes
Optional:
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Ground cumin
2 tsp Curry powder
Preparation
Fry onion in olive oil
Add chicken and fry until sealed
Add pepper
Add chopped tomatoes
Simmer for 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked
 
Add chilli powder, cumin and curry powder, cook for a further 5 minutes.
