Ingredients
Oil Chilli Powder
500g Minced beef
1 large onion
125ml of beef stock
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tin kidney beans
1 tsp oregano
1 tbs tomato puree
Pepper |
Preparation
Fry the onion for 5 minutes, then add the mince. Cook this for 10 minutes ensuring it doesn't burn. Add the other ingredients, aprat from the kidney beans.
Simmer for at least 15 minutes, then add the kidney beans 5 minutes before serving.
If adding chilli powder later then add 1 tsp now, after removing other portions and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Serve with rice. |
