Naan Bread

This is an easy Naan Bread recipe which requires few ingredients.  However as the dough needs to be left to 'prove' for 1.5 hours it does need a little advance planning to make for dinner.

Ingredients
At least 200g Self Raising Flour
150ml Warm Water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1tsp salt
50g suitable margarine
Preparation
1) Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add the water.  Add the oil and salt and mix well.  You might need to add extra flour here if the mixture is too sticky.
2) Remove the dough onto a floured surface and Kneed for approx 5 minutes.  Return the dough back to the bowl, cover and leave to rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place.
3) To finish; preheat the grill to hot, kneed the dough for 2 minutes and roll out to 1 cm thick (you can split into 4-6 portions at this point if you wish).  Grease a baking tray (with some suitable margarine) and grill the naan for 7-10 minutes, turning once or twice.  Each time brushing the surface with the suitable margarine.
