Pasta Bolognaise

Pasta and mince in a tomatoey sauce with onions and mushrooms.  Can be made with any pasta/spaghetti of your choice.
2 tbs of oil
500g minced beef
1 onion peeled and chopped
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
100g mushrooms (sliced)
1tbs tomato puree
1 beef stock cube
2 tsp oregano
Pepper to season
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the oins and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the beef and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Add all remining ingredients. 
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with pasta of your choice.
