Ingredients
Oil 8 pork sausages (cut into pieces)
1 large onion
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 tbs tomato puree
1 pepper (any colour)
1/2 pint beef stock
chilli powder
1 tsp oregano
Peas
Rice |
Preparation
Fry the onion until clear. Then add the sausages and pepper and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add cooked rice and peas to the frying pan and cook for 2 more minutes.
Then remove any non-spicy portions and add 1 tsp chilli powder and cook through for 2 more minutes. |
