Ingredients
1 Onion 4 Chicken breasts
A few Mushrooms
1 Pepper
Carrots
1 tin of Pineapple pieces and juice
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp paprika
1 chicken stock cube
Tbsp tomato puree
Water |
Preparation
Fry onion, chicken, mushroom, pepper and carrot Add 1 tin of pineapple pieces and juice
Add 2 tbsp wine vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 chicken stock cube
Add tbsp of tomato puree
Add enough water to cover
Simmer for 15 minutes... add more vinegar to taste if necessary |
