Sweetcorn Salad

A tasty salad for a hot summer day.
2 large tins sweetcorn
4 Spring onions
2 sticks celery
4 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs french mustard

1) Drain the sweetcorn and place in a serving bowl

2) Chop the celery, tomatoes and spring onions finely and add to the serving bowl with the remaining ingredients, toss thoroughly.

3) Ideally chill for 1 hour if you have time.
