Ingredients Shortcrust Pastry (see recipe to make) Mincemeat Beaten egg to glaze | Preparation 1) Preheat oven to 230 degrees and roll out pastry thinly. 2) Cut an equal number of small circles and large circles (you can buy sets of round cutters in most supermarkets and baking shops). 3) Line patty tins with the large circles and place a spoonful of mincemeat in each. 4) Brush the egg over the edges and place the small circles (lids) on top, ensuring the edges are well sealed. 5) Bursh tops with beaten egg and make sure there is a whole in each top. 6) Bake for about 15 minutes. |
