Ingredients 275g Plain Flour 100g Soft light brown sugar 175g Margarine (dairy and soya free) | Preparation 1) Heat oven to 180 degrees 2) Stir together the flour and sugar. Rub in margarine (using your hands) and knead together to form a dough. 3) Place on a floured surface and roll to about 5mm thick. 4) Using your chosen cutter shapes, cut biscuits and place on a greased baking tray. 5) Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and leave to cool on a wire rack. |
