Biscuits and 'Jammy Dodgers'


These are really easy to make and really lovely to eat too!

Ingredients
275g Plain Flour
100g Soft light brown sugar
175g Margarine (dairy and soya free)
Preparation
1) Heat oven to 180 degrees
2) Stir together the flour and sugar.  Rub in margarine (using your hands) and knead together to form a dough.
3) Place on a floured surface and roll to about 5mm thick.
4) Using your chosen cutter shapes, cut biscuits and place on a greased baking tray.
5) Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and leave to cool on a wire rack.
