Ingredients 120g Plain flour 80g suitable margarine 1 tsp vanilla extract 40g caster sugar 12 glace cherries (optional) | Preparation 1) Rub the flour and margarine in a mixing bowl, continue to rub together with your fingers until crumb texture. 2) Add vanilla, sugar and pieces of cherries and mix together. 3) Squeeze the mixture together to make a ball. 4) Roll out until about 1/2cm thick. 5) Cut required shapes and place on a greased, lined baking tray. 6) Cook at 160 degrees for 12-15 minutes. |
